Terms of Use

1. The service

YesRound is a tool for job seekers: it collects positions from the portal notifications you subscribe to and from employers’ public careers pages, assesses how well they suit you, and helps you prepare applications and track the process. YesRound is self-service software: we do not provide recruitment intermediation services, we do not receive orders from employers, we do not represent employers, and we do not pass your data to employers. You always submit the application to the employer yourself. Searching for positions, scoring them and links to the original postings are free of charge; payment is required only for additional tools (e.g. more application packs, faster notifications, interview preparation). We do not guarantee that you will obtain a job or an interview.

2. Account

The service is intended for persons aged 18 or over. You provide accurate information; the content of your CV must be genuine — AI drafts use only the facts you provide. You are responsible for the security of your login and extension token.

3. AI content and your responsibility

Letters, CV variants, answers to application form questions and prompts are drafts prepared by AI. Read them before sending: you are responsible for what you submit to an employer. Placeholders such as “[add: …]” mean that your information is missing.

4. Plans and prices

Prices include VAT and are the same in all countries.

• Free — €0: all matching positions, 5 application packs per calendar month, new positions weekly.
• Search Pass — 1 month €19; 3 months €45; 6 months €75 (“Executive search”). Up to 20 application packs per day (fair-use limit), new positions daily.
• Career — €15 per month or €129 per year. 10 application packs per month, notifications about positions scoring ≥ 80.

5. Automatic renewal, reminders and cancellation

• Before paying, you can see what will happen after the period: the 1-month pass renews at €19 per month; after a 3-month package — at €15 per month; after a 6-month package — at €12.50 per month. This price is locked in — it will not be increased until you cancel. Career renews for the same period.
• We send a reminder 3 days before a monthly payment and 7 and 3 days before a package or annual payment. The reminder shows what you accomplished during the period (only real account figures) and a “Pause” link, which also works without logging in.
• You cancel renewal with one click (“Me → Plan” or the link in the email); the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Pause — up to 30 days at any time: during the pause the service stops, and the end of the period and the next payment are postponed by the same number of days.
• If you do not use the service for 60 days, we ask whether you still need it and suspend the next payment until you reply.

6. You found a job

When you press “I found a job”, automatic renewal stops immediately. If you have unused full months of a package, you choose one of four options: (1) money — the months used are recalculated at €19 and the difference is refunded (e.g. 3 months for €45: after 1 month €26 is refunded, after 2 months — €7); (2) balance — converted to Career (month for month); (3) balance — a gift code for a friend; (4) balance kept for 12 months in case you search again. If you search again within 90 days, pressing “I’m searching again” restores the balance option you selected.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion — using the “Withdraw within 14 days” button (“Me → Plan”) or by writing to privacy@yesround.com. When paying, you expressly request that the service begin immediately; on withdrawal we refund the amount, deducting only a proportionate amount for the days used. The money is refunded within 14 days by the same method.

8. Beta tools

• Autopilot — for invited testers only. It submits applications on your behalf only within the limits you set and only in supported employer systems (not LinkedIn and not Indeed). By enabling it, you confirm that you may submit each such application and that your profile data is accurate; compliance with employer systems’ rules is your responsibility; we apply pauses and limits.
• Contacts — we show only the contact persons and email addresses published in the posting. Write only about the job, briefly and personally; if a person asks you not to write, stop writing.
• Interview assistant — preparation before an interview and analysis after it, based only on the facts in your CV. We do not listen to interview audio.

9. Prohibited conduct

Using the service for another person without their consent, providing false information, attempting to circumvent limits or security, automatically harvesting our content, or reselling the service.

10. Liability

We strive to keep the service running without interruption, but the content of postings, salaries and employers’ replies are controlled by third parties. We are not liable for employers’ decisions or for the actions of third parties (portals, employer systems). These terms do not limit your rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (“Me → Delete account”). We may suspend your account if these terms are breached, having notified you.

12. Disputes

The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies. Please contact us first; if we fail to reach agreement — the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt) or a court.

13. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email 14 days in advance; you may cancel a paid plan before they take effect.
